Our team consists James Han and Derrick Vuong, two Realtors with Realty ONE Group Extreme in Burlingame. Based in the San Mateo area, we spend nearly every waking moment thinking about real estate.
When we aren’t working as real estate agents, we are working as Loan Signing Agents/Notary Publics. With much of our knowledge stemming from our work around escrow and loans, we have an immense amount of knowledge that will help you understand the process to make your transaction run smoothly!

Having been a Loan Signing Agent for over 18 years and owning a nationwide signing service, James has a unique understanding of real estate through several perspectives and decades. Derrick Vuong

Hailing from Roseville, CA, Derrick is an alumnus from UC Merced and now lives in San Mateo. An agent with a passion for living, Derrick has worked in several different fields including healthcare, sales, marketing, and hospitality. With this, he possesses a diverse skillset useful for negotiations, house sales, customer satisfaction, and communications. His focus is making sure you have what you need to take the next step in your home ownership journey.
Derrick is also a Loan Signing Agent that assists with multiple real estate transactions every day, making him well-equipped to answer any questions that you may have about loans or escrow.
Having lived in San Mateo for 5 years, Derrick has become familiar with the different parts of the Bay Area, and is more than willing to help you become familiar with it too.
